Refund & Cancellation Policy

                Important Notice: Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase on Shivdraw.in. All coupon purchases are final and non-refundable except in specific circumstances as outlined below.
            

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases on Shivdraw.in are FINAL. Once a coupon is purchased and generated, NO REFUNDS will be processed under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

Non-winning coupons - winning is based on chance
User change of mind
User dissatisfaction with results
Technical issues after successful payment
Account closure or deactivation

2. Coupon Purchase Terms

Each coupon costs ₹99 INR (inclusive of all taxes)
Users can purchase 1 to 5 coupons per transaction
Coupon numbers are generated randomly and cannot be selected
All purchased coupons are valid for the current draw period
Purchased coupons cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cancelled

3. Failed/Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, no coupon will be generated
No charges will be applied to your account for failed transactions
You may retry the payment with the same or different payment method
Any amount deducted will be refunded by the payment provider

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same transaction, please contact us immediately
We will investigate and process appropriate refunds within 7-10 business days
Provide payment screenshots and transaction details for faster resolution

5. Payment Gateway Issues

If you experience issues with UPI payment, contact your bank or payment provider first
If the amount is deducted but no coupon is generated, contact us within 48 hours
We will verify the transaction and resolve the issue

6. Refund Request Process

For duplicate payments or billing errors, submit a refund request with:

Your registered email address
Transaction ID / Payment reference number
Screenshot of payment confirmation
Date and time of transaction
Amount paid

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

8. Cancellation

Once payment is successful, the transaction CANNOT be cancelled
No cancellation requests will be entertained after payment confirmation
Please ensure you want to purchase before completing payment

9. Free Coupons (Referral Rewards)

Free coupons earned through referral program are non-transferable
Free coupons have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
Free coupons cannot be refunded under any circumstances

10. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved at the sole discretion of Shivdraw.in management. Our decision will be final and binding.
