2. Platform Description
Shivdraw.in is a promotional reward-based platform that offers users the opportunity to purchase lucky draw coupons. Each coupon costs ₹99 INR and gives the holder a chance to win prizes through our random selection process. This is a skill-based promotional activity and NOT a lottery or gambling service.
3. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to participate
- Users must have a valid email address and phone number
- Users must be Indian residents with valid Indian payment methods
- One account per user - multiple accounts are not permitted
4. Coupon Purchase
- Each coupon costs ₹99 INR (inclusive of all taxes)
- Users can purchase between 1 to 5 coupons per transaction
- Coupon format: 4 alphabets + 4 digits (e.g., ABCD1234)
- Coupons are generated randomly and cannot be chosen
- All purchases are final - no cancellations allowed
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through secure UPI gateways
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment confirmation is required before coupon activation
- Failed payments will not result in coupon generation
6. Referral Program
- Users receive a unique referral code upon registration
- For every 10 successful referrals, the referrer receives 1 FREE coupon
- A successful referral requires the referred user to complete their first coupon purchase
- Self-referrals and fake accounts will result in disqualification
- Shivdraw.in reserves the right to modify referral terms at any time
7. Winners & Prizes
- Winners are selected through random draw from all purchased coupons
- Winning is NOT guaranteed - it is purely based on chance
- Winners will be notified via email and SMS
- Prize details will be announced at the time of draw
- Winners must claim their prize within 30 days
8. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account and password
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Not attempt to manipulate or rig the draw system
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts to increase winning chances
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the system
- Using automated bots or scripts
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Harassing other users or staff
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
